Kensington Palace

During a Palace-sized advent calendar at Kensington Palace, each day new activities and experiences were revealed. Taking inspirations from a past Princess/Queen who once lived in the Palace for most of her childhood, Queen Victoria. She wrote an in-depth dairy about her life and Christmas was no exception, every gift she received  every play she viewed and the people she went with. 

 

She once received a gift of Hyacinths and some silk Dahlias. On Sunday the 9th we distilled the scent of roses (not dahlias as they were out of season) and the following week Hyacinths.
